I know that I have not been updating....sorry! I have not taken the time that I should to keep you updated on how to stay healthy. Actually, I have been working on staying healthy myself. I have been dealing with a chronic health issue myself. I have been amazed at the healing power of our bodies. I did a juice cleanse and have been following a very healthy eating plan (yes, even during the Christmas season!) My body has responded so well that I almost feel "normal" again! I still have some work to do, but in a matter of 2 weeks I was not able to do much at all, to doing everything I used to be doing. If I had gone to a doctor and followed their advice I know that I would have been forced to stay in bed and have surgery. How blessed I am to have the knowledge to heal myself!
I will be starting the Candida (Yeast) Cleanse next week. I have asked a few of you if you would like to do it with me- just let me know if you do. Having a support group makes a HUGE difference!
I also have a list of recipes that I have put together that are super healthy and yummy. Let me know if you would like me to foward them on to you. Just leave your email address and I will send them on.
I hope you all enjoy Christmas. Make sure that you load up on as much good food as possible to balance out the "yummy treats" that you are sure to try during this season. Take some extra Lower Bowel Formula if necessary to get the "treats" moving through quickly.

Microwaves
For those of you who know me, you know that I do NOT own a microwave. I STRONGLY recommend that you research the harm that they can cause for yourself. Here are a few reasons for why I chose not to use a microwave in my home. These points were taken from an article titled, "Microwave Madness, the effects of microwave apparatus on food and humans." written by William P. Kopp
1. Microwaved foods cause tumors.
-these tumors came from food that was microwaved. Some of these foods are: Meats, Proteins, milks and cereals, froozen foods, and vegetables.
2. Microwaves reduce food value.
-vitamins and minerals are made useless, vital energy fields are devasted, digestibility of fruits and vegetables are reduced, meat proteins are made worthless, and all foods are damaged.
3. Biological effects of microwaves.
-life-energy field breakdown, cellular energy decreases, destabilized metabolism, cell damage, brain circuitry destruction, nervous system degeneration, loss of bioelectric strength (waking conciousness), nervous and lymphatic systems damage, hormone imbalances, brainwave disruptions, and psychological disorders.
4. Potention use in mind control (scary!)
-it causes irremissible damage to the neuroelectrical integrity of the various components of the nervous system.
I would think twice about popping my food in the microwave next time you need a quick meal. Think to yourself, "is it really worth it??"!

Can I be Cured??

Healing Words
If you are one of my clients, you know that I STRONGLY recommend saying these healing words to yourself. If you can't think of a positive affirmation to follow the first 2 words, then just repeat the list of words over and over until you start believing them. I recommend posting them on your fridge or mirror so that you can repeat them over and over.

Iridology
I have so many questions that people ask about Iridology. Many people think it is a crazy way of predicting the future. Most people come to me with a bit of skepticism about the whole thing. My job is so fun because I see a quick transformation in thought processes when I start reading eyes. I will say something specific that I see on an emotional level and people will respond with excitement because they had no idea that those things could be seen in the eyes. Dr. David J. Peseck was my Professor at the International Institute of Iridology. He wrote an article that I love that gives a basic overview of Iridology. 10 Simple rules to eating healthy
These 10 rules are taken from the book "Eat to Live".
1. SALAD is the main dish!
2. Eat atleast 4 fresh fruits (I prefer mine at breakfast)
3. Use a variety of greens
4. Beware of starchy vegetables
5. Eat beans or legumes (atleast 1 cup to start with, and make sure they are sprouted!)
6. Eliminate animal and dairy products
7. Use 1 Tablespoon of flaxseed daily (make sure to grind it fresh each day)
8. Eat 1 oz of nuts and seeds (preferably in the morning or early afternoon)
9. Eat lots of mushrooms (a good source of nutrients and protein- use it as a substitution to meat)
10. Keep it simple!!!
Here is a simple sample of a meal plan:
Breakfast- fresh fruit
Lunch- salad, beans, fruit (for dessert)
Dinner- salad, 2 cooked veggies and fruit dessert
Your goal should be to eat 1 pound of fresh veggies (dark green) and 1 pound of cooked. Remember, the more dark greens you eat, the healthier you will be, and the quicker you will shed those stubborn pounds!

-1 part black walnut hulls combined in equal parts with 1 part Pau'd Arco (sifted)
*combine the black walnut and Pau'd Arco (1/2 and 1/2) and make a tea. Drink 1 quart of this tea for the first 3 days.
-Eat only raw or lightly steamed veggies for the first 3 days.
-for the next 2-3 weeks take 1 Tablespoon of Slippery Elm Bark Powder (70%) and Licorice root powder(30%) mixed up to form a paste. Take 1 T every waking hour for the next 2-3 weeks.
-Eat only raw or lightly steamed or cooked vegetables. This can be in the form of soups, stir frys, salads, etc..
-After 3-4 weeks on the slippery elm and licorice you will repeat the 3 days of the black walnut hull and Pau'd Arco tea.
-Check your progress and repeat the program if necessary.

3. Don't try to be perfect too quickly (adding too much of a good thing can make your smoothie taste biter. Just stick to what you enjoy and then gradually add more greens and healthy supplements.)
4. Rotate the greens that you use.
