If you are one of my clients, you know that I STRONGLY recommend saying these healing words to yourself. If you can't think of a positive affirmation to follow the first 2 words, then just repeat the list of words over and over until you start believing them. I recommend posting them on your fridge or mirror so that you can repeat them over and over.
