Green Smoothies

Here are four basic steps to making a good green smoothie.
1. Nerver blend anything but fruit, green leafy vegetables and water (veggies have starch)
2. Keep it simple- stick to the basics and use a reciepe that you enjoy!
3. Don't try to be perfect too quickly (adding too much of a good thing can make your smoothie taste biter. Just stick to what you enjoy and then gradually add more greens and healthy supplements.)
4. Rotate the greens that you use.
